I love chicken wings! I love how they don't take long to make and make great movie night snacks! I usually serve them with veggie sticks so they 'seem' slightly healthier. I didn't think the kids would enjoy these so much, on account of the Sriracha, however, after my oldest one was done, he was licking his fingers and saying these were the best chicken wings he had ever had, and wanted me to save the rest for school the next day! So I would call that a win! Wouldn't you?
Frequently asked questions:
1. Are these too spicy for the kids?
Nope! These have a perfect sweet and spicy balance and you can't feel the insane kick of the spice. If you want to crank up the spice, add a couple more tablespoons of sriracha.
2. Can this recipe be doubled?
Absolutely! I've quadrupled this recipe for a barbecue and it turned out great. So go for it!
3. How do I reheat these?
I usually reheat them by placing them back in a pan with a touch of water and covering them with a lid. They warm up within a couple minutes. If you have a microwave just warm them up for 1 minute and you are good to go. Do not put them back In the oven otherwise the wings will get too dry.
