Whenever I ask my friends and family, everyone is struggling with this heatwave, and I wanted to create some simple desserts, that were refreshing and easy to make. This refreshing tapioca dessert is great and the best part is, there’s no custard in this recipe. So let’s get to it.

Serves 6- 8
Ingredients
3 packs of flavoured jelly - red, orange and green.
600 grams fruit cocktail- drained
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 cups milk
1 cup tapioca pearls- boiled
Instructions
Set the jelly by combining the dry jelly crystals with 3/4 of the hot water stated in the instructions. This will help the jelly set firmer and once you mix in the other ingredients then the jelly won’t mix into them too.
Combine the drained fruit cocktail, jelly and tapioca in a large bowl. Mix it all in and then add the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream and milk to the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
Chill the mixture for 3-4 hours until completely cold.
Pour into tall glasses and serve.
