Plum Chutney is one of the staples for Ramadan. I make a huge batch of this and set them in jars. I usually make enough to last a month. But I have scaled back the quantities for you all so you can make enough for around 4-6 people, or a 500ml jar. I love how I can serve this with kebabs, samosas and pakoras. It goes with everything, that is why I love it so much!
