Ingredients
6 roma tomatoes- diced
1/2 onion- minced
3 tablespoons coriander- chopped
1/2 jalapeno- chopped
1/2 lemon- juiced
1 clove garlic- minced
A pinch of cumin
Salt and pepper- to taste
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients. Mix well and chill until ready to serve.
