Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You need to fuel your body properly so that you stay full until lunch. Some foods that contain more protein keep you fuller for longer, like eggs, meats, veggies and chia seeds. Chia seeds are an excellent source of fibre, helps improve heart health and promotes intestinal health.
