Mango Sago

The heat is insane these days! But this mango sago is guaranteed to cool you down in this intense summer heat. This recipe takes only a handful of ingredients and can be made by absolutely anyone!

Serves 6


Ingredients


4 mangoes

1 cup dried tapioca pearls

1 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk






Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the mangoes into chunks. Blend half the mangoes until smooth. Reserve the rest for later.

  2. Boil the tapioca pearls as instructed. Rinse them in cold water then set them aside.

  3. In a bowl: combine the coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk and the mango. Mix well until smooth. Add the tapioca and whisk it in until smooth.

  4. Assemble glasses by layering the mangoes in glasses, top with the tapioca mango mixture. Top with additional mango chunks

  5. Chill the dessert for a few hours until properly chilled.
