Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I never miss breakfast and I make sure the kids eat something filling every morning. Whether it’s eggs, a slices of toast or some fruit, they have to eat something before school. No empty tummies. How can they learn anything on an empty stomach??
So for the last couple of weeks, my husband has been obsessed with this Korean street toast. I just put my own spin on it and the kids loved this new breakfast option. I prep it all the night before and it’s easy to put together in the morning.
