My kids are going through this phase where they want to eat lots of ranch with buffalo wings, celery and carrots. And I don’t want to go to the shops to get more bottled ranch dressing when the homemade ranch dressing is so much better. And it only takes 2 minutes to whip it up.
Preparation Time 2 minutes
Yields 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk
3/4 teaspoon dill weed- chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried chives
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1-3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream and buttermilk. Add the spices and whisk it in. Add the lemon juice and mix it in once more.
Pour the dressing into a jar and chill in the fridge for up to a week.
