Christmas is right around the corner, which means lots of food and the SIDES! These garlic mashed potatoes are a huge hit in our house! The kids eat these by the plateful. That is when you know when a side is made perfectly. When everyone wants it just as much as the mains!
I make these garlic mashed potatoes with sour cream and that helps make these potatoes extra rich, smooth and creamy! Sometimes I make these mashed potatoes then I top them with cheese and bake until golden.
