I love potatoes. I don’t think I could live without potatoes in my life. I’m always looking for new ways to cook them. I want something new and exciting. These dill potatoes are so fresh and the recipe is insanely easy, even beginners can try making this at home.

Serves 6-8
Ingredients
6-8 large new potatoes- peeled and cut in quarters
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic- minced
2-3 tablespoons fresh dill - chopped
2 tablespoons butter- melted
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Peel and cut the potatoes into quarters.
Mix the olive oil, butter, garlic, dill, salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour the oil over the potatoes. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200c. Bake the potatoes for 30-40 minutes. Flip them halfway through. Cook them until tender and crispy.
