I’ll be honest with everyone. Ramadan is making me lazy. Lazy because I don’t feel like standing in the kitchen for hours. I want to make food that is easy for me but still tastes amazing. The same old samosas, pakoras and spring rolls were getting boring for the kids, so I decided to make something different for them. This Dhaka Fried Chicken was so easy to make and the best part was, I was able to marinate the chicken for a few hours beforehand. Giving me enough time to make other Iftar and dinner items.
I loved how simple this recipe was. Just a mix and go recipe. Marinating the chicken is important because it packs in so much flavour and you can even marinate it the night before, so that the next day all you have to do if fry it up.
