Oh the summer is here! Which means lots and lots of ice lollies! My kids will go through tonnes and tonnes of ice lollies during the summer. Usually I will make a couple flavours that I know they will eat for sure, otherwise I would have to eat the ones they don't want.
However, this year, I decided to change things up a little. I thought that I would make a few different flavours and they can try them all. I made small batches so that there wouldn't be so many left over. Little did I know, that they would love them all and haven't been able to keep out of the freezer.
This is one of the recipes they absolutely loved. Creamy Nutella Fudgsicle Lollies. There is no prep work and this recipe literally takes 5 minutes to come together. So I freeze them the night before and by the time lunch time rolls around, they have delicious Creamy Fudgsicle Lollies ready for them in the freezer. These really don't last long in our house. When I want one for myself once they go to sleep, there usually isn't anything left for me. Hence why I keep making loads and loads of ice lollies.
