Serves 10


Ingredients


1 kg frozen corn- thawed

1 cup diced red/ green pepper- chopped

1 pickled jalapeño- chopped and seeded

1 large dill pickle / 1/4 cup chopped

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder









Ingredients

  1. Combine the corn, peppers, jalapeño, pickle in a bowl. Set it aside.

  2. In a clean bowl: combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well.

  3. Add the corn mixture to the dressing and mix well. Adjust the seasoning. Pour into a a serving bowl. Refrigerate and chill the salad for 3 hours until ready to serve.
