I saw a post online yesterday and immediately my mouth was watering and I knew I had to make one for myself. A chopped cheese sandwich. Sometimes the simplest of things, like a sandwich can be the most amazing foods you will ever eat.
My take on the chopped cheese sandwich is so easy. It doesn't take long but its so full of flavour! My kids are taking them to school tomorrow too. They absolutely loved them.
