These fudgy molten chocolate kava cakes use only 7 ingredients and come together in 20 minutes. They look super sophisticated. Perfect for one of those dinner parties you have been saving recipes for. This will become a keeper. Prepared in ramekins and then inverted before serving.
This recipe reminds me of the chocolate molten lava cakes from Chilli's. And to be honest this recipe was inspired by my sister, Aasiya, who missed their molten lava cakes during the lockdown. And I miss having dinner with her and hanging out. Laughing and teasing each other over dessert. She's the perfect little sister. And I wouldn't be the sister I am without her. But after getting married I moved away and miss her every day. When I made this recipe, she was the first person I thought of. And will be the one I think about every time I make it from now on.
