Quick and east dinner ideas is my main goal in life. But tonight I decided to make these chicken Alfredo lasagne rolls. The whole family enjoyed these. I served them with garlic bread and a green salad. The kid even came back for seconds. You all have to try this recipe for dinner tonight.

Serves 6
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts- cubed
Chicken marinade
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cajun spice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon oil
Salt and pepper
Other ingredients
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 onion - minced
1 jalapeño- sliced
4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic- minced
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cajun spice
Salt and pepper
8 lasagne sheets- boiled and cooled
2 cups cheese- grated
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200c.
Marinate the chicken with the spices. Mix well.
Cook for 4-5 minutes, until golden. Remove the chicken from the pan.
Without cleaning the pan, place the pan back on the stove.
Add the onions and jalapeño. Saute for 2-3 minutes until translucent. Add butter, garlic powder, cajun spice, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Add the cream and mix well. Cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Add the chicken to the pan and mix well.
Reserve half the sauce for later.
Roll the chicken and 1 cup of cheese In the cooked lasagne.
Place the lasagne rolls in a baking dish, seam side down.
Top with the reserved sauce. Top with the remaining grated cheese
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake at 200c for 15-20 minutes.
