During the week, I get short on time and want to make sure the whole family gets something filling and healthy so that they are happy. I like to plan meals a couple days at a time, so that I don’t end up repeating meals too often, or I can take the time to develop new recipes in the week as well as the routine dinners. I’ve noticed that the kids get so bored with the same meals all week. These beef stir fry noodles are quick, easy and perfect for the whole family.
