I love making pizza and the kids are obsessed with pizza. However, getting the oven heated up when all they want is a quick dinner makes the process so difficult. I realised that the air fryer is literally a tiny oven and that I could just toss the pizzas into the air fryer and they would be ready in 5 minutes. Quite literally. I make the dough in the morning when they are at school or busy otherwise. Then I can surprise them with quick, personalised pizzas. The reason why I love making pizza in the air fryer is because the pizzas are personalised size. the kids can select their own toppings and get their own little pizza for dinner.
