Air fryer recipes are so common, and I love that this recipe is so quick and the effort needed to make this is minimal. This air fryer crispy bang bang chicken is a great recipe for beginners or those who are low on time.

Serves 4-6
Ingredients
500 grams chicken breasrs- cubed
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon salt
Coating
2 eggs- beaten
2 cups panko bread crumbs ( mixed with 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon oregano and 1/2 teaspoon salt)
Bang Bang Sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sweet chilli sauce
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 180c.
Combine the chicken, paprika, garlic powder, oregano and salt in a bowl. Mix well and set it aside.
In another bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, oregano and salt. Set up the dredging station.
Dip the chicken in the eggs, then into the panko breadcrumbs,
Spray the air fryer basket with oil then add the chicken in a single layer.
Air fry the chicken at 180c for 13-15 minutes until golden.
Combine the ingredients for the sauce.
Toss the chicken in the sauce. Top with sliced green onion and serve.
